The show opens in 2 weeks. Yikes! No, seriously, the show is in great shape and should be outstanding. So treat yourself, your family, loved ones and friends and come see the show. The attached flier has a discount code for certain performances. You can buy tickets via the web link. Hope to see you at the show! Bon voyage, Mr. Todd PS - rehearsal schedule for Friday/Saturday to come shortly, but everyone will be called on Saturday. Hi,
For our show, we are borrowing 2 risers and about 4 benches from Mount Hebron. I need 2 pick-up trucks or 1 pick-up and one empty van, along with 4 people to help load and unload. Ideally, we would meet at Mount Hebron at 9:20am, load up and then get to EMMS by 10am. We would then unload. Please e-mail me at [email protected] if you can help with a vehicle or with some muscle. Thank you, Mr. Todd Hello:
Per the schedule, below is agenda for this Friday and Saturday. Not everyone is called for Friday. Basically for Friday, we need everyone except Jungle Citizens or Whoville Citizens - - but we do need the lyrical dancers. We need everyone on Saturday. Crew called both days. Hello,
Attached is a detailed rehearsal schedule for the rest of the run. Please note that this may change, and as we get further on with rehearsals, but for the most part all cast and crew will be called on both Fridays and Saturdays, as well as tech week. For this Friday and Saturday, all cast and crew are called. And for this Friday, February 8th, ALL PARENTS are called for a parent meeting to discuss and answer questions about rehearsals, tech week, costumes, tickets and volunteer opportunities. We will need help with everything to include parent chaperones in dressing rooms, props, sets, painting, marketing, ticket sales, programs, costumes and more. Thanks in advance for being at this meeting and your assistance. It takes a village - - and a small army! :) Actors: Thank you for your character analysis sheets. I am enjoying reading them... I am almost done, and I am most impressed with your work, insights and cleverness. Keep the character work going. It truly makes a difference in the end performance for everyone on stage. And if you haven't submitted a character study, just give it to me when it is complete. Thanks! That is all for now. Best,, Mr. Todd Hello all,
Here is the schedule. All crew and all of the cast except the Who's are called on Friday. All cast, but no crew on Saturday. We will work the Who's in later for the Chasing the Who Number, as you are in that. We are in need of some lyrical or balletic dancers. Please see Ms. Kelly, Ms. Marloe or me if you have experience with this or are interested on Friday or Saturday. The rest of the revised schedule for the rest of the rehearsal period should be done by the end of the week. Parent Meeting is at 5:30-5:50 pm on Friday, February 8th. Here is the schedule for this Friday and Saturday: |
