Since we dodged the snow cancellations this week, we will NOT be having rehearsal this Saturday, but we will be doing so NEXT Saturday the 7th. On the 7th, we will be doing a great amount of costume fitting, getting props together, painting, as well as running numbers. This will be from 10am - 1pm. The recently revised schedule is attached.
Saturday, 2/21 from 10am - 1pm is still up in the air, but plan on it. Thanks. I also need some parents to help move some set pieces from area high schools. A pick-up truck would be great, but SUVs or vans can work, too. Please let me know if you can assist. I am hoping to move these items Next Saturday. Thanks, Mr. Todd

Just a reminder that today's rehearsal only goes until 5:30pm. This will allow some of us time to get out and to the Long Reach Willy production. Parents: Please be on time. Thank you.
Crew is on today. We will try to work all the numbers, especially the OOMPA numbers and those scenes/songs prior to them. If time allows we will start on the FINALE which is the last song in the show. Thanks, Mr. Todd Hello,
I hope you are all well-rested from your many hours off from school and all that shoveling you must have done. :) And I am sure you spent time memorizing lines, going over scenes and songs, etc. Thank you. Rehearsal this Thursday AND Friday is from 3:15 - 5:30pm. We are only going to 5:30pm so that will give people time to get home, eat and attend a performance of Long Reach High School's version of Willy Wonka. Students were given coupons last week to get a $5 ticket. The shows are this Thursday, 1/29 and 1/30. It is not mandatory to attend, but it would be cool and useful to see another production in action. I plan to go Friday evening. AND if afterschool activities are cancelled, which may be the case on Thursday, our rehearsals are cancelled as well. FYI. Best, Mr. Todd Attached is a revised production schedule. Please note that:
A prop list will soon be coming your way, but we definitely need the following:
Hello Wonka Actors, Stage Crew, and Parents: It's time to pull together costume pieces we have so we can find out what we still need. Please read this whole email as costume loan requests are at the end. Stage crew, maybe you have some items you can loan as well. Label everything you drop off.
Anyone wanting to help with costumes, please let me know. I'll be at rehearsal from 330 until 5. Stop by whenever you can. ACTORS will need to provide some of their own pieces-see bullets below. We will want to see the costumes you have for yourselves at the Feb 7th rehearsal.
